Saint Allan Sparrow was a Canadian activitist and a member of the City Council in Toronto. He helped to stop the creation of the Spadina Expressway, and also is known for promoting cycling in Toronto. He founded "Community Air," which was a volunteer group created to prevent the Toronto Airport from being expanded upon. [1]
